Bar K Ranch West Summers Division is one of the last large contiguous properties in the highly popular Hallsville area located 10 miles east of Longview, Texas. Topography, Rangeland & Habitat

Mostly pastureland with good concentrations of oaks and other hardwoods throughout the bottomlands. Wildlife

There is a healthy population of white-tailed deer on this free-range ranch along with some hogs. Fishing in the larger ponds is also productive of bass, bream and catfish.

The pastures of this ranch have been continuously, but responsibly grazed by cattle, and there are corrals and open hay storage near the pens. Livestock currently grazing under a grazing lease.

Water

There are 2 stock tanks and two ponds on the ranch. Water is also provided by the local rural water district, Gum Springs Water Supply Corp.

Electricity is supplied and available around the property since there are various neighborhoods surrounding.
